When Lucien manages to find Tony’s sisters shoe in the swamp, Tony convinces him that he is psychic. At first Lucien doesn't believe it but Tony confirms it by doing a few tests. Later Lucien arrives home where he tells Wayne and Mr. Cramp that he is a psychic and proves it to them by telling which TV show will start next. Mr. Cramp is surprised that Lucien guessed it right but Wayne says that anyone can do that by just reading the TV guide magazine.
The next day, the boys are at school where they receive the results of their English tests. As usual Wayne gets an F and Lucien gets an A. After that Lucien tells Mari that he got an A because of his psychic powers. Mari doesn't believe it and calls his powers pathetic.
During lunch break, Wayne breaks the drawers that contained the science tests. After that Wayne becomes suspicious that Lucien might read his mind and tell Mrs. Hissy the truth. Lucien himself becomes overwhelmed by the thought of reading Wayne's mind and tries to block his thoughts. Late at night while Lucien is in bed he dreams about this and truly believes that he was able to read Wayne's mind.
At school Lucien tells Mari about what happened the previous night. Mari still doesn't believe that he is capable of doing such a thing but she still gives Lucien a crystal as a good luck charm.
In the end Lucien fails the test but Wayne passes it because the test was about explosions. That makes Tony believe that Wayne is also psychic. That makes Lucien go crazy and he closes the door, leaving the psychic Wayne outside of the house.
- The art style during Lucien's dream is similar to the art style in the books by Brian Woods.
- The name of the episode is a reference to the 6th Sense movie in which a little boy has the ability to see the spirits of dead people.
